7.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
7.3 Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined on a per-programme basis and will be communicated at the time of enrolment. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that fall outside the stated eligibility window or that involve content that has already been substantially accessed.
